Hope you feel better SS! Alexis, my stepdaughter, has been here since December 16 & I let her have my laptop when she's here. I jumped on earlier because it wouldn't upload a pic for a post from my phone. It was being stupid, ha!! I feel like I've been up for 2 weeks! I slept until 4 today!!
still putting party stuffs away and cleaning the house up...
so a mini vent...
for my big xmas dinner i invited my mil's bff. She's a big personality but always seems so sweet. I thought it would do my hubs good to see her for the holidays since he misses his mom greatly... well i am steamed. While "J" was here for dinner she told my hubs that he broke his mom's heart moving far away (an hour or so) , took her grandchildren away from her, that his college (20 yrs ago) was the start of his dad's money issues, that his good for nothing brother demanded a ring back that his dad had given J... which she proceeded to find on the floor and take back... but wanted to make sure hubs didn't want the ring.
and that's just the highlights!
I am borderline spider monkey right now i'm so pissed... hubs told me much of it last night so it's fresh...
who the frick comes to dinner knowing that youre invited cause "hubs is having a very rough time without mom"... and than lays all that guilt on him?? heartless i feel...
between gritted teeth i told hubs i would not invite her any more... and i'm hoping i don't see her till the spider monkey calms down.
ok... vent over... hope everyone is enjoying the new year... a fresh start to everything.
Yikes!! Passing Stripey a half gallon of Svedka...that is more than a little tackless! I am sorry...that probably only made your hubs feel worse, why don't people think before they speak?? Both kids were sleeping before 7 pm last night due to NYE festivities...I woke at 4:30 to Chloe crying for me...the stomach flu has descended upon our house...so far just her, but I am waiting for the unmistakeable sound of vomit any minute now...you may need to save me some Svedka...but it is a fresh, clean and germ free bottle:)

ahhh... svedka kills all germs... i now use it to clean my home.. giggle.
