Good Morning Ladies! FINALLY.. the weather has cooled! doing a happy dance..but not Keri's naked monkey dance lol. We had thunderstorms last night and I love it! SC. happy belated birthday you sweet thing!! You are a special gal and I hope your day was as special too.♥ You rock mama cat! Shana, Good morning to you !! Linds, glad you poked your head in to say hi, glad you are doing well. :~) SS, Hope you are doing well too.
SS, I was so tired of the 90 degree days. It was 90 on Sunday with high humidity. Now, a cool front has come in we should be in the 70's no humidity. Love it. Busy weekend, trying to recover here at work today. It seems the weekends go SO fast. Oh well what ya gonna do?
It is chilly enough to freeze my whiskers off this morning... ( that being the two long whiskers that seem to grow overnight from my chin *shudder*)
Heading to the 'dollar store' today for crafty stuff and then clean like a maniac. The appraiser for the refi is coming thursday am, so i gotta get all those secret, or not so secret stashes of crappage cleaned up and photo ready. Not looking forward to it!!
**horns** FINALLY getting a night to just me and hubs on Saturday !! it's been 5 1/2 yrs, and while we love our babies more than the sun and moon, we would dearly like one night just to be us. (even after 20 yrs together) So after much searching we scored a b&b in Newport and are gonna attend "Octoberfest" in Newport for the day n night. I am so furgin excited.
Anything anyone else is looking forward too lately??
Yay!! Stripey I am so happy for you!! Enjoy! I am going out Saturday too, my parents are keeping the kids and my bff and her husband are coming to dinner and to stay the night...they live 1 1/2 hrs away, so we take turns every year going to each other's houses for dinner...the rest of the time, her and I meet halfway. I hope you have the best time and come back refreshed:)

Good morning ladies. So nice to see a few of the old gang popping in to say hello.
Well, I think we went from hot summer to winter. It was 45 degrees when I got up this morning. Hopefully fall will return and we will get a few weeks of heavenly weather before winter actually sets in.
I am busy baking pies today. We will be celebrating my DILs birthday this evening and she prefers pie.
I hope everyone is well and happy. I am getting excited about my trip to New England in less than a week. So much to do, so little time (because I put it off...duh!).

cleaning house today so the refi guy can come and evaulate it tomorrow... we have to get a certain amount so that we can clear up the loan we had to take out for my MIL's funeral expenses. so cross your fingers, toes, & nose !!
Work remains super busy, which I guess is a good thing :) SC, I have everything crossed for a good inspection with the refi guy today, hope it goes well. SS, bummer the littles are under the weather today, hope they bounce back soon. Shana, burrrr... 30's are pretty chilly. We are in the 50-60's today and 80's by the weekend. I can live with that. Keli,you are staying busy as usual! I am sure you are counting down the days until your trip!
