ReplyDeleteThanks girls! I was supposed to take gpa to the doctor's today but Gram worked out something with the hospital transit people so I could stay home. I told her I didn't mind but she insisted. So I guess she is going to call me when they get back home and me and the girls will head out there then. Brookelyn is so excited that it's my birthday because she thinks that means we are having a party... I'm going to have to dig out a couple party hats or something to make her happy.
Fun Fact: Today is also the girls' dad's birthday.
Jeanette...WHAT?? That is unusual that you both share the same birthday...crazy! My kids think they get screwed every year when hubs and I have our birthday's...we are not big dessert people, so our birthday's pass with little or no fanfare...the kids was some cake! I think we might have to bite the bullet and bake a cake to celebrate next year.

Yep, same birthday! I remember the first time we hung out, he asked me when my birthday was. I told him and he simply said, Oh really? Mine too... Just all casual like he was saying it was raining outside. I didn't believe him and made him show me his ID, lol.

ReplyDeleteJeanette, my husband and I are born 1 day apart. He is the 24th of March, I am the 25th. Granted, there are a few years between us but we still have our birthdays right together. I kind of like it :)

Suz, I had to laugh when you said he was born on the 24th and you were born on the 25th of March...because my birthday is the 26th of March.

ReplyDeletenah, i always swooped in with my super auntie cape on and had a whizbangger of a bday party for them... one year i turned my old basement into a haunted house. complete with specimen jars and a TON of real fall leaves that took me a week to get back out. Last year i hosted my youngest neice's sweet 16 bonfire party in my back pasture. Nothing like a bunch of rowdy city kids wandering in a state forest to make ya nervous... didn't lose any though and they had a blast.
My grandma had my uncles on the same day, and three years apart! Small world!
